I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Josh on three separate occasions, most recently on the sale of my downtown Calgary condo. His expert advise and unwavering support made selling our property seamless and stress free. Josh always has his clients absolute best interest in mind and has never lead me astray as I attempt to navigate the ever changing Calgary real-estate market. I truly can not recommend Josh enough and have happily passed his contact information on to many of my friends, family and clients. Each of them always come back with a big thank you for connecting them with someone they feel they can trust. If you're on the hunt for a Calgary real-estate expert do not hesitate to call Josh, I promise you will not be disappointed.

I have had the pleasure of working with Josh on several transactions as both buyer and seller. Josh has an amazing knowledge and grasp on Calgary's real estate market. He is client focused, great communication and, as needed, very pragmatic. Buying or selling your home is one of the biggest financial transactions you will go through and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks for being in my corner!!

After having already bought several homes, we know the difference between good and bad realtors, and Josh is definitely a premiere professional in Calgary. A native of Calgary, Josh provides insight into neighborhoods and nearby amenities — he can tell you which neighborhoods are up-and-coming, which ones have prestige and solid resale value, and which properties have the best value. Josh has an eye for spotting opportunities and does his research when pulling listings to view. Josh is very personable and easy to be around, and he is 100% focused on real estate and his clients. If Josh does not think a home is good value, he will recommend that you pass because he wants you to be 100% satisfied. Not only did we use Josh to buy our home, we will use him to sell it whenever that day comes. This man is 100% professional, and you can be confident that Josh Hamilton will take care of you.

Being a first time homebuyer, I was nervous, excited and a little overwhelmed. Being a native Calgarian, Josh's extensive knowledge of the market combined with his fresh approach to customer service let me relax and enjoy the whole experience of buying my first home. Being out of town a lot, Josh did all the research and sent me only listings that fell within my criteria, saving me countless hours and stress. His flexible hours meant he was available whenever I needed help. Josh has set the bar very high with his friendly, professional, approachable demeanor and his unparalleled customer service. His hard work and attention to detail have earned him one very happy client that will give him a lifetime of referrals!

Relocating from another city to one you're unfamiliar with can be a daunting process. After corresponding with several realtors, Josh's responsiveness and clear answers made me feel confident he would be great to work with. Josh made an effort to get to know me and what I was looking for in a home. He gave me excellent advice on the Calgary housing market and what impressed me most was his follow-through past possession date to ensure everything was in order. Josh made purchasing the house the easiest part of my relocation.

Being a first time buyer fairly new to the real estate process, my goal was to find someone professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy to make the whole procedure as simple and stress-free as possible. Josh made that happen from day one. From the moment we discussed my goals in finding a condominium, Josh provided expert and honest guidance and I knew immediately I made the right decision. I always knew Josh had my own interests as a priority and made the process of first home ownership easy and worry-free. When the time comes to sell, I would not hesitate to call upon Josh again.

Buying a house for the first time was proving to be quite the task for my husband and I. Searching through MLS and other listings was becoming extremely overwhelming and then we found Josh. He clarified everything for us, was extremely patient and honest and stuck by us until we found our perfect little house in Copperfield. Josh was easy to talk to, always had answers for all our questions, and gave us confidence in our search. I not only always recommend using a realtor — I recommend using Josh!
